Strawberry Basil Gin Cocktail

  • 4 small fresh strawberries
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 oz gin
  • honey (to taste)
  • club soda (to taste)
  • lime wedge (to taste)

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries and basil

  2. Fill the shaker with ice

  3. Add gin and honey (to taste)

  4. Cover and shake

  5. Pour into a glass filled with ice

  6. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wedge
