LMA Midwest Recipes: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 c quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  1. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, blend white sugar, brown sugar, and butter.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients.

  4. Add rolled oats and chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop onto oiled cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 375 F for 9-10 minutes.
